Mr. Cruz is a dynamic and poised professional with over fifteen years of management and leadership experience in a variety of fields. Responsibilities have encompassed the areas of advertising, marketing, business strategy, and technical assistance, special projects and financial processes; as well as representing the organization as an advocate and liaison with community organizations, private industry and local governments. Mr. Cruz is a gifted leader with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, negotiation, organizational and innovation skills.
Mr. Cruz completed his bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Latino Studies from the UC Santa Cruz. His background as a successful entrepreneur empowers him with the necessary knowledge to help our company with both our immediate needs and necessary growth. Achievements include:
