Carol Cruz

Carol attended the University of California Santa Cruz were she graduated with a B.A. in Politics. During her time on campus, Carol served as the chairperson for one of the largest and most active student organizations on the UCSC campus. It was also while living in Santa Cruz that Carol came to know the Bay Area. Upon graduation, Carol returned to Orange County to work for Catholic Charities and later, the Housing Authority of the City of Anaheim. In both capacities, Carolina worked directly with local low income residents who could not afford housing. Carol later returned to the Bay Area where she served as Managing Partner for Cruz Realty Group, a Mortgage and Real Estate company she co-founded with her husband in 2003. She served as a Board of Director for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Prior to working for Intero Real Estate Services, Carol worked as a Loan Officer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. The combination of her lending background and service to the community is what makes Carol such a unique Realtor.
